Pizza Hut.
I delivered for Papa John's when I was younger and living in KY. They lie on the ad when they say their pizza sauce isn't reconstituted. We had to open one large industrial-sized can of sauce, pour it into a bucket, add three cans full of water and one large packet of oregano, and then mix and use.

I voted for "Other" since my favorite is a local pizzaria, Deano's. I only get one kind of pizza there, Shrimp a la Deano's. Homemade crust, a thin layer of pizza sauce topped with sauteed onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, and lots and lots of cheese. Yummm....might have to go there this week!
