Was the first president and first lady couple to both live to thier nineties...she did alot for this country and for the community. May she RIP

I almost forgot that Betty Ford also battled breast cancer. In the 70's, breast cancer and addiction were not discussed openly. That seems like a lifetime ago. Betty Ford wasn't afraid to show she was human and humans have problems that shouldn't be swept under the rug.

May she rest in peace.
