Police gets stuck during storm

Dallas area of Texas had a fairly large storm come through. I was eating dinner with my family when this cop tried to jump the grass from the frontage road to the highway to catch a speeder. We were having major storms and the ground was muddy. We watched him try to get unstuck for 30 minutes.
