High School Students Recover After Accident That Kills 1

MESQUITE, Texas -- Two Mesquite high school students are still hospitalized after a deadly weekend accident.

Truman Spencer, 18, and Ryan Larue, 17, were hurt early Saturday morning on U.S. Highway 175 in Kaufman.

Police say Spencer fell asleep while driving and lost control of the car.

Blake Lindsey, 17, died at the scene.

All of the victims attended Horn High School.
