after turkey day gift gobbling

#1 Postby looks like rain » Fri Nov 28, 2003 6:01 pm

it was an interesting spending spree...

i am not usually out there in the after turkey day free-for-all, but this year my wife was not able to do the lion's share of the gift gobbling-so out into the maddess i went-and it was crazy!!!! the neat thing though was-we had a surprise snowfall that made it feel almost like christmas time-even with the drivng hazards-i survived:)! the wallet is much lighter now-and there will be presents under the tree this year;)

so how was your "spending spree"?- i did my share to keep the economy afloat  ---pete--

I braved the masses - at Sam's Club. It really wasn't that bad. I also stopped at Target and Kohl's and both were pretty busy but not super crowded.

We still have to wait until our December bills are paid up, on the 3rd...then we will see what we end up with for Christmas.

And so far, Annabelle (she be a ho') hasn't left any "surprise packages" under the tree.
