He will not have a chance here in MS. He will get the death sentence without a doubt. My heart is heavy for those families.

Well unfortunatley the DA cannot appeal the verdict. Nor can the judge impose the death penalty. Our system of justice is fair but there are times when the criminal doesnt get what he deserves.
