Deadly Earthquake in Iran

An entire city lies in ruin this morning and there's no accounting of how many people may have lost their lives. Some are anticipating upward of 10,000 people.

The earthquake also left the ancient citadel of Bam in ruins. A quick search brought me several websites about the old fortress. Here's one with pictures. http://www.asrehoda.com/bam.htm

Besides the number of people killed and injured, what an awful shame that such an archeological treasure was ruined.
