In my book it's wrong also.
I agree with a point that Helen made (don't faint!), that the President is the employee of the people and he does have to answer to us.
President Bush is right - his record for the National Guard was brought up in 2000. However, as long as both sides keep bringing up each other's past records, then each side needs to learn to live with it.
