I just received this link about a Little League in Palacios, Texas. Their facilities were damaged in Hurricane Claudette. This is a very small community with no real facilities for the children. The Little League does not qualify for FEMA. They need to rebuild their fields. Having built several fields myself, I know that they need about $150,000 to build two fields... and that's if you do a lot of the work with volunteers. Since everyone here has a special place in their heart for hurricane issues, I thought I would appeal here for some help. If you could even send $10, I know they would be ever so grateful. (I always see $1 as a candy bar I have to sell. $10 is 10 less candy bars.) Please see the link below.
