ABC news is reporting this and if it happens that Iraq starts the war first then many US casualites may happen inicially but then Iraq will know what they did was a big error as the US will then roll. :lol:

If he were to strike first, it would probably prolong things, but in the end would be MUCH worse for Iraq as this could turn as nasty as Kosovo where large parts of the cities are destroyed as infrastructure would then be targeted as well as military instillations

Yes Derek I agree on that but let's see if Saddam makes the first move because if he does then Israel may be attacked by scuds and if that happens they will retaliate fully and they have nukes.

Although they did it the first time i doubt they will this time only because it would not make them look good (yeh i know it didn't the first time), but now is when they really have to look squeaky clean.

That would dumb of Saddam because then we would not have to seek support from the U.N. because we were responding in self-defense. It will be a suicidal move for Saddam. I don't think he is that stupid, but we will see.

Maybe that is exactly what Bush is trying to pressure that dictator into doing. We all know he does not like to be told what to do. He hates the fact that those UN weapons inspectors are there. It makes alot of sense if you look into his history. He is the one that invades and starts trouble.

this has no chance of happening. saddam is winning now. the french/iraqi strategy has been brilliant
