Forgive me for copying and pasting my own posts, but I'm simply going to offer up some the same things I offered to Joshua and Karan a while back. I'll just edit some things here and there.
I can tell you from years of experience -- don't stress it. Have faith, be strong, and let God have your problems. Of course, this doesn't mean lay back and expect something to magically happen because it won't. But take some time to relax, organize your thoughts, and find peace. If you pray, do it. Get some exercise, even if it's just to turn up the stereo and dance around to some upbeat tunes. That's one of the first things we always told someone involved in a major traumatic event (that didn't involve physical injury to them) to do, and it works for depression and stress. Also, skip on indulging in soft drinks or coffee if you regularly drink them. Caffeine doesn't help with stress and you'll save money if you just drink water. Keep studying and get plenty of sleep. Focus energy on your finals (you didn't think I'd let that slide, did ya?

). Take the time you need to relax in between studying, but not in a lazy, slothful kind of way. Don't forget your problems and concerns, but don't dwell on them to the point that you keep "living between your ears" (focusing on negativity that builds inside your mind and soul and plays over and over and over because you keeping imagining the bad "what-could-happen's" instead of the positive "what-God-will-guide-me-through's." Step outside once in a while and stay in contact with the sunshine, orange groves, and spring breeze (Dude, you live in central FL...sure, it's no Texas, but it's the next best thing.

). Stay in contact with friends (here and in real life) so that you don't get lonely and do the "living between your ears bit" even more. And keep the lines of communication open with God.
Hang in there, John! The Mighty Prayer Warriors are sending 'em up for ya. (((((((HUGS)))))))
