Now this madman is abducting them from their apartments. All women in the Baton Rouge area need to beware. His first victim was a Missisippi woman. He impersonated a police officer on Interstate 10. He pulled her over and forced her to drive to the Louisiana Welcome Center. But somehow she managed to escape. I believe this madman is still impersonating a police officer.
Be careful out there Brein.
