I just got a phone call from a friend of mine.

He made a promise to me years ago and he is GOING TO KEEP IT should I get into any trouble here.

He gave me his word stating the "door is open and if you need to come over here.. you can do that.."

He gave me his requirements for how much $ in rent he'd want and all that. So I now may actually be faced with a decision.

This friend also is a man I used to coach little league baseball with and I get along real well with him and his family..
