Another apache chopper down in Iraq

This one in Kirka south of Baghdad by 60 miles and it was shown by Iraqi TV and confirmed by the pentagon but no word yet on the people aboard.

It was the latest model Apache, still armed, with the chopper "locked up" and no sign of the crew. Its markings suggest 1st Air Cavalry (if I remember the patches from my tour of service), and it seems most likely that the locals didn't "get" our airmen..the scene was too "neat".
