LOL Helen!

On a related note: there are sharks in the Gulf? For some reason I only thought they were in the Atlantic. See if I ever put my body back out into the Gulf again. ;)

Garrett, there are plenty of sharks in the Gulf. Bull Sharks are the most dominate on the Gulf Coast. We have had alot of rain which are bringing the Bull Shark to the shorelines. And yes they are VERY aggressive and will attack you even if you are only a few feet from the beach.

I have even seen a Tiger Shark on the other side of Horn Island. I also caught a hammerhead shark while deep sea fishing about 5 miles from the Pascagoula Beach.

While at Pensacola Beach, I had a Coast Guard pilot tell me if I had seen the shoreline from the air I would never get back in the water again. Well guess what, I haven't. :D

:grrr: Everyone knows Grim's well-publicized dislike of cats!!! So don't tell Fur that Grim may have inadvertantly dropped one in the "pond" to see if it could swim!!! ONLY KIDDING

Awwwww....poor little pussy cat! I'm horribly allergic to them and would never have one as a pet, but I'd have to rescue one if I saw him in trouble.
