I think he's stalling as well, letting some of the heat of Ambers tapers wear off...but he had to present something significant to the judge to get this delay awarded him, right? We are totally following this case, tuned into court tv all day when court is in session for the Peterson case. I don't think Scott ever realized the magnitude of this case when he killed Laci, and I do believe he killed her. I just hope the prosecution will be able to prove it.
I really feel for Amber too...she's also had her worst nightmare realized. She may not be the ideal woman with highest moral standards, but I believe she is a totally credible witness. If they dig into her past relationships, I think that is wrong and not pertinant to this trial. It's all on tape, in Scotts splotchy words...how can anyone not take that for crediable?
Anyone else out there watching this case like a hawk?
