I talked with one of my professors because of my spring 2005 dilemma, and he said just to concentrate on my Earth Science degree. I would be able to finish my Environmental Science degree, but one required class would conflict with my Earth Science classes.
This feels awesome....

No I'm not on Flexeril for my back, but.... I actually got to apply for Graduation!!!! May 2005, I will be walking on stage to pick up my diploma book (of course diploma mailed home at a later date).
It is about time... 4 1/2 years (double major and one minor) plus taking a semester off to attend Basic Training!

Shannon...it is FINALLY within reach! It does feel good...really feel good. We will be like proud parents when you walk up to get that degree. I am especially happy that you and I will have another thing in common besides Storm2k and our love and appreciation of weather. We both have Earth Science degrees.
I sent away for my transcripts a couple of weeks ago. They actually found those things! Must have had to dig up a time capsule somewhere to get it for me.
I have my BS PLUS 36 hrs...and still didn't finish off that MS Ed. I should have finished it at BS + 32...but did not. Maybe I can still muster what I need to get it before I retire.

I graduated from Menasha HS in 2000. I have sent apps to Northern Illinois University; University of South Alabama; University of Wisconsin (Madison); University of Hawaii (Manoa); and finally I had to apply under the graduate program (for a second Bachelors) at Western Illinois University (interesting situation... My professors were confused with that one!)

UPDATE:
So far been accepted to Western Illinois University. I sent the application in on 9/13 and received the acceptance letter on 9/23! That was in record time. This is the school that I had to apply via Graduate... 3 letters of recommendation and a lovely personal statement. Wow, I cant' believe it. I am surprised. This is my 4th choice... just waiting for the rest of the schools.
