Tsunami: CNN Cuts The Credit Crawl
In past years, CNN has shied from running credits at the end of the year, declining to list the names of hundreds of behind-the-scenes staffers. This year, though, the network decided to run all the names in the crawl on the bottom of the screen. Great idea, right? In theory, but a few hours ago, CNN started receiving calls from terrified relatives.
