James - is this the rainy season there? or has it been cloudy alot?
this can so easily throw people onto a funk - the lack of sunlight.
there is a bulb - i think ultraviolet that can help if you get one for a lamp at home. see if that doesn't help if it is the rainy and cloudy season.
