#1 Postby TexasStooge » Thu May 05, 2005 12:17 pm

IRVING, Texas (KXAS NBC 5) -- Emergency sirens sounded in Irving Wednesday morning at about 9:40, although no severe weather appeared in the area.

Irving police told NBC 5 that no emergency conditions existed. The sirens were activated accidentally while the city upgraded its emergency siren system.
