Seeking Advice - Laptop GPS

I'm hopeful someone might have some advice on a GPS I can buy that will interface - in real-time - with my laptop running MS Mappoint. Anybody have any experience there??

Got an ad in the mail the other day for one that's $99.00, but it wasn't very clear on its compatibility with Mappoint, etc.
