Woohoo! Happy Birthday Coppertop!!!

Is this #17 or 18?

Hope it's a wonderful day. Knowing what nice parents you have, I know it will be!

He's 17...he will be going to church this evening (where he'll blow out the candles and share his cake), then he and Debi will go to Lambert's to eat.

He received a new study Bible, a Christian music CD, a baseball cap stating "WITNESS PROTECTION PROGRAM, Psalm 91:11" and a "buzz-cut" for Tae Kwon Do. :larrow:

Thank you! Thank you! I'm also going to Lambert's Cafe to eat tonight! Get some throwed rolls, sorghum molasses, black-eyed peas, macoroni and tomatoes, fried taters and onions, a rib-eye steak, mashed taters with white gravy, and some candid yams...I've been fasting all day today, so my mouth is watering already! I'll eat so much, this will be my vision:
:double:
And then it'll be time to go to church! :Partytime:
However, I see my physical birthday as one of two birthdays. My other birthday is the rebirth of my spirit through my faith in Christ Jesus, which came about on March 5, 2005, sometime between 8:00 and 9:00 P.M....Can't wait for that birthday!!!
Thank you all for your kind words. May God bless you!!!

Happy birthday, Coppertop. Keep up the good work.

Maybe if you give the old man 100 pushups instead of posts, he'll be satisfied.

He does 200 a day...100 using one arm, then another 100 using the other. In addition, he does 200 sidekicks, alternating between left and right legs against an above-chest-level target on the wall of his room.

Bill...that description of his routine fits the term "Coppertop" just perfect...he keeps on going, and going, and going, and going...

Congratulations to him. Seems like only yesterday when his bike was stolen. Just when was that? Like when he was 14 maybe?

He was about 12-13, just after we'd moved into the previous apartment. We actually SAW the thief riding Coppertop's bike a month later, along the street just beside our building...long, blonde hair trailing in the breeze, T-shirt, tattered jeans, about 15-17.

Nothing came of it, though. :larrow:
