Iam really excited, I start my new job tomorrow!!!! My new job will let me spend more time with my daughter. I will finally get off third shift. I did it for 5 years. My wife convinced me it was time to quit!!! I missed alot of my family life. I used to have to go to work at 7:00pm and not get off until6:00am!!! Then I come home and stay up for a little while and crash all day!! Even some days I would have to take my daughter to school and pick her up. Sometimes I would fall asleep in the car. Other than that Iam ready for the change!!! My wife had a hard time waking me up. So she could spend time with me, but it was hard!! I just wonder if any of you have gone through this??

Just keep that smile and don't look back!

Change is something that is part of life. Sometimes events, people, and things change us....other times we control our own change.

Make the best of your situation, and learn to believe in yourself. Be patient with new growth and opportunity.

Yes...I have made some dramatic changes work for me too!

At age 50, lived at four different addresses in one year, came to Phoenix without a job, and left friends and family back in Illinois.

Today I look back on it is a wonderful professional move, a time to see who and what I was really all about, and a chance to gain confidence that wherever I went I could find a way toward a fulfilling life.

Good luck to you and your family!!!
