Pinetop is a summer time retirement community, full time residents, 4700, when summer comes around, we EXPLODE to over 15,000! Last summer when Show Low, Pinetop, Lakeside was evacuated, the estimate on evacuees was well over 30,000

My town has a population of approx. 400 people. This would be more than halved if it weren't for the two trailer parks in town.

LoL - we're loners in all these big city folks! :P :D

There are "snowbirds" in my town, too. It sure does thin out around now and remains this way until September or early October! However, with so many people moving into the community, there are still plenty of those that do not leave for about four to six months.

Oops - yes it is Lower Frederick Township. My bad!

And yes, it is about 30 miles northwest of Philly.
