Quaker (Old-Fashioned) Oatmeal with a sprinkle of Splenda and dab of Smart Balance spread, plus a large mug of (Vanilla Hazelnut mixed with Barnie's White Christmas decaf) coffee laced with Splenda and fat-free half-and-half.

[See my post in "What's for Dinner" re my attempts at healthy eating....]

P.S.I hope I don't gross anyone out with the buttery spread on my oatmeal. I just love it that way! :eek:
