He had good technique and knowledge of dance. He should still be up there.

That I do agree with for sure. I also know that you definitely know a lot more about dance than I do!!!

I have to disagree with just about every other statement though.

This isn't a current summer show but my family and I have really enjoyed renting and then purchasing Freaks and Geeks this summer. A one season show from 1999-2000, starring many of the actors now in Judd Apatow's movies (Seth Rogen, Linda Cardellini, James Franco, Jason Segal, etc.). We've heard about this show for a while now and were always curious to see what it was all about. I'm really glad we couldn't find a good new release movie at Blockbuster one night, because I ended up renting the first disc of F & G!

It is such a wonderfully written drama but funny at times and an accurate view of the social groups in high schools.

And it's not just for teens. We especially like the parents. If you got a kick out of the That 70s Show parents, then you'll like this show.

Anyone here a Freaks and Geeks fan? This show should have been given a second season, it's just a shame it wasn't renewed.

America's Got Talent - we're pulling for Eli! Hoping he wins the entire competition. We also like the young man who has a baton act. And of course I like the Sinatra impersonator (but I don't expect him to win).

Anyone else watching this show?

All I can say is...

THANK GOD FALL TV IS STARTING!

Fringe premieres tonight at 8/7 Central on FOX! I saw the pilot back in June, was pretty good. Definitely watching again.

Crap what do I watch at 8? America's got Talent, BB10, Fringe, or Wipeout? LOL

9 is a little easier....the last half of AGT, or the last 3rd of Fringe.

And then of course theres crap on at 10 XD

Why do they have to load it all on at 8? lol

It's that time again!

:slime:

Fall season officially starts tomorrow(tonight is the Emmys!), although FOX and The CW have already debuted their lineups.

Mondays

Dancing with the Stars
Chuck
How I Met Your Mother
The Big Bang Theory
Samantha Who?
My Own Worst Enemy(New)

Tuesdays

90210(New)
Opportunity Knocks(New)
Fringe(New)
Dancing with the Stars Results
Eli Stone

Wednesdays

Pushing Daisies
The New Adventures of Old Christine
Gary Unmarried(New)
Private Practice
Dirty Sexy Money
Lipstick Jungle

Thursdays

Ugly Betty
Survivor
Grey's Anatomy
Kitchen Nightmares
Life on Mars(New)

Sundays

The Amazing Race
Desperate Housewives
Brothers and Sisters

Looks awfully similar to last season, not as many new shows due to the writers strike.

Brent - here's a shocker for you. I've decided to give Desperate Houswives one or two viewings this season. If I like what they did by moving 5 years forward in time, and can get behind these new characters (even actors, I liked the little kids!) then maybe I will stick with the show. Half of my DH fans in this family/house is off to college and she has already announced she won't have time for DH, at all. And especially since they've changed the format so much. So there went part of the reason I'm contemplating giving up this show.

I have way too many shows to watch as it is so unless DH can hold my attention with this new 5 year jump, then I'm outta there too.

Also, another reason I feel this way is Mike. He was Susan's soulmate! Dang it.....

I've seen some clips from the new season and it looks just as good as it has been(if not better, it feels fresh). I was also a bit skeptical of the 5-year jump but it seems to be working good so far.
