Hello to all! Well November 1st I cant believe it! This was a summer that I will never forget. I'm doing well and so is my daughter, but I'm looking at divorce. But ya know I'm OK with that today. God has a plan for all of us and there's a reason for everything. But I sure am glad to be back! So this hurricane season was quiet huh? I'm glad, we sure needed a break! Hope everyone has a nice night!!!!!! :ggreen:

Has anyone heard from Skywatch_NC/Eric recently? I know it's been a while since I've seen a post from him but when I checked his bio, his last post was dated August 24th. Now I'm a little worried. If he's just posting elsewhere, that's fine. I just would like to know he's okay.

Thanks to anyone who can respond. I do have his email address but now I recall emailing him a while ago and I didn't get a response that time either.

arkess, I'm putting you on my prayer list girl!!! That's a tough road to travel. I've been on it once and I know from experience. BIG ((HUGS))

I miss Eric and hope he returns soon.

I'm going to put a big ole basket of pretzels, chips and candy on the coffee table. It's all my Halloween leftovers!!!! PLEASE, please EAT!!!! I can't eat another snickers. The peanuts are popping out on my thighs!!! Little bumps on top of my cellulite!!!

Ok, I'll brew a pot of Earl Grey and sit in the rocker for a while.

Hey all - heard from Eric. He is just fine and yes as I guessed, he's been posting on other weather boards. Several of which he is a staff member so he said that keeps him busy. But I did extend an invite to pop in here. So hopefully he will, soon.

After all the problems that happened in the past couple of days with my transfer to the Hurricane Hunters I'm happy to report that it has been solved... there is a position for me. (they gave away my position without me knowing... I found that out on Tuesday) I'll talk to the personnel center tomorrow about the transfer.

Is there any room for Cap'n Midnight and his ship's poogle, Annabelle (she be a ho')?

Mate and midshipman are asleep above decks, but they'll be up in an hour...meanwhile, enjoying the "freedom" afforded me by their slumber, I'll jst sit by the stove, and call for a BIG pile of jerky for the Ho' of Ho's, and a steamin' cup o' joe fer me. Arrggh.

Steph - you're very welcome. There's a part of me that just will always miss our former TWC wx friends, Eric was at the top of my list, many of which migrated here but now no longer seem to post. :-(

So if anyone has contact with the following, please tell them they are missed and to pop in on occasion - even once a season would be nice: TLC/Tracy, angelheart/Lisa, cyclone/Graham, Toalba/2Seam Fastball/Tom, raine/Jackie, Keirstein, and more I'm sure I'm missing but that's a very good start. Thanks to anyone who in touch with these wx friends.

Welcome back arkess.

I can relate. My girlfriend just broke up with me Friday night. After a 10 year relationship (living together for 9 1/2). Keep your head up as I will do as well.

And thank God the hurricane season was slow. We didn't need another one like last year's that's for sure.

I can relate too. After 4 days, my now ex-girlfriend broke up with me 2 weeks ago. greeng13 is right...keep your head up and focus on the best things in your life. That's how I have kept from going insane. Which brings me to tonight. I am in Cincinnati, Ohio for WWE Cyber Sunday at the USBank Arena. It is only available on Pay-Per-View or on WWE.com, and some sports bars will televise it so you don't spend 40 bucks to buy it. I don't think I will get on TV (unless they show the press conference video they shot Monday-they did shots of the crowd; I am the one in the red and white jacket). Either way, tonight is all about one thing, and one thing only: FUN!
