i have read nothing the last 2 days that makes me think he is guilty. the DA has not shown mr karr has ever been in boulder. no sign of a dna match, and i just saw on fox news 2 experts say he didnt committ the crime and his hand writing is not even close to the ransom note. i was suprised to find out that 9 experts said it matches patsy ramsey's hand writing.
the more i see of mr karr, the more i feel he is a deluded nut, obsessed with the ramsey case

Anyone who says that (the part I bolded) is not an expert.

Gimme a break!Champagne and prawns.
lets take a breath here. this man has not been convicted of anything relating to the ramsey case, and if he is innocent, which i believe he is, he may be getting a first class ticket back as well

The important thing to remember is that HE IS innocent. If he flies business class he should get exactly what's on the menu. Until he is convicted by 12 people or a judge accepts his guilty plea, then he's innocent.

i have read that quite a few experts such as micheal baden say he is not guilty and very few if any experts say they think he is guilty. i think he is a totally confused individual where reality is concerned. i heard another expert say its rather surprising that he isnt under suspicion for many more molestations and murders given that child molester/murderers rarely stop at just 1. once he crossed the line to murder/molestation those many years ago, the compulsion to kill and molest should have grown stronger with each passing month. in fact, i would argue that he is a deluded individual who became totally obsessed with the ramsey case and has turned that into a lifetime fantasy

Didnt he know things about the case that were never released to the public??
Its pretty standard investigative practice for police to intentionally NOT release certain details of a crime. And Helen they could not obtain an arrest warrant without probable cause. Not saying hes guilty. as I do not have all the facts of the case like you do and he hasnt been tried yet. I do believe there was cause to arrest him though,

Well technically he wasnt under arrest so to speak until the plane landed and LA police served the warrant on him. This is because he was not extradited from Thailand but expelled, so US law enforcement had no jurisdiction over him until that plane entered US airspace or landed. Had he been extradited...US officials could have taken custody of him in Thailand. Without extradition papers our law enforcement is powerless in a foreign country.
I might be wrong about this: Any law enforcement or legal experts here feel free to chime in. Serving him alcohol while highly unusual may not have been a bad idea as it may have loosened his tongue a bit.
