Its the last event of this very busy week. Also a small update on the paper. I started it tonight, a good 2 weeks later than I would have hoped. Ill do a much longer update on the weekend sometime.

Today was the first day I have read my horoscope in some time. And today...unfortunately it became true.

Here it is:
Friends and partners are completely unpredictable today. This is the classic day for a surprise party or some kind of unexpected event.

Well, a little while ago, I went to the dollar store, and decided to go to McDonald's for lunch. While sitting there eating, we heard an ambulance come through one of the busiest intersections in the area. This is quite normal....until we heard bang...boom...bang. I didn't see the beginning of the accident, but it was explained to me. The ambulance was going through the intersection with its lights on, and there was a blue car that slammed on its breaks to miss the ambulance. This caused a 5 car accident. The car behind it went into the blue car, and the 2 cars behind it did the same. One of the last 2 cars swerved over to miss the car in front of it and then the car to its right, and ended up getting hit from behind anyway.

The blue car peeled out of there and the ambulance left. The other 4 cars came into the McDonald's, and boxed everyone in-including me. So we were listening to all their stories as Firefighters and a different ambulance came. Nobody was hurt, just shook up. Soon we were unboxed, and on our way out, a sheriff showed up.

All this activity so early in this very long day.

Unexpected event could be anything, they are so broad. In fact, there never is 15 minutes that goes by without an unexpected event. If it said massive or major maybe...like this day in 1964 for this one area in Alaska.

I went to Bay News 9 today. I met Josh Linker and Brian McClure and I was in the weather center, which is smaller and darker than you may think. Just a general question and answer session with a small tour.

Good job fact, keep up the good work. Currently, I'm also trying hard as of this moment, and have made it into mth111. Writing still very hard for me, so as of this moment I've got alot of work on that, but overall that is harder then math for me. Keep up the good work! 8-)

I may try to come into the hurricane area more this summer on my free time.

I just got home from my second relay for life this month. I walked 121 laps, which is 30.25 miles. I am now going on 26 hours with no sleep and still going.

After that, whenever you are not doing anything, your vision will start to un focus by itself and you will fall asleep. Going without sleep for 26 hours is one thing, but with all that exercise, I can't imagine how tired I would be.

hey everyone. Photo update.
For about a year now, I have been active when time allows in a program called Students Teach Students. STS teaches 3rd-5th graders about the dangers of smoking. I did it for the final time, as I will be graduating in one month, on Thursday at Clearview Elementary here in Pinellas County. 8 of us who went decided for the last time, instead of going out to eat, we would eat with the kids at the elementary school. Here are some pictures of the event:

As always I am busy....and tomorrow is no different. Tomorrow I will be doing an Arthritis Walk. Its a short event compared to my last few, from 6:30am to about 11. Its at Coachman Park in Clearwater (If anyone wants to come out PM me). My goal is 10 miles in 4 hours. That would bring my total to 50 miles for this year doing events.

Well, I'm back from the Arthritis walk. They structured the walk a little bit different than the Relays. It was a one lap 3 or 5K lap. The 4 from our group walked the 5K from Coachman Park to the Clearwater Courthouse over Memorial Causeway and all the way back. A surprising appearance that our Provost, Dr. Lars Hafner, showed up...and partially hosted by doing all the speaking. We had fun. When we got back we got a gift back with shoelaces, a pill box, some advil, miracle grow plant food, and a bottle opener. We got a chuckle out of that. I have pictures and theyll come up in the next few days.
