Columbian? Just coffee, right?? ...    Just kidding, Ed.

I LOVE the smell of coffee beans, but I cannot for the life of me drink coffee and cannot stand the taste ... talk about irony, eh?

I accidentally had coffee grains instead of Oreo cookie crumbs, though.

I have been drinking cappuccino the last few years, but at the Radio Grill at Wal-Mart and the powder from the can (from Wal-Mart).

As for supermarkets (which I believe I mentioned many weeks ago in an old thread)... there is a Winn-Dixie, Publix and Albertson's very close to one another here [Winn-Dixie and Publix being several feet from one another]. BEER980 knows!

My parents and I do our main grocery shopping at Wal-Mart, we go to the above three on occasion.

Hey Karan....ever since you posted about the 8 O' Clock coffee, I've been seeing it in every store in town. We were grocery shopping at WalMart a few days ago, came across that brand, it's "CHEAP!".....$2.48 LB., we bought a bag of the whole beans and MAN......it's GGGGREAT coffee!

As long as it is not too strong, I like almost any kind of coffee. Flavored coffee (French vanilla, Hazelnut) is great too.

I recently discovered Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee and it is fantastic. If you like Kona, you will absolutely love this. It seems to be less acidy than Arabica coffees. I also own a grind and brew coffee maker and wonder how I ever lived without it. It is from Cuisinart. I used to drink Gevalia too, good coffee, but a bit spendy. I have probably 6 boxes at home that are unopened still. They have been there for a while, keep forgettin' about them since I have been drinking the Jamaican Blue Mountain. I buy it 10 lbs at a time over the internet. With shipping it comes out to be about $8 per pound. Pretty comparable to local whole bean coffees.

Don't laugh, but my favorite is Dunkin Donuts ground coffee. I CANNOT STAND Starbucks coffee. It's almost as bad as the one time I accidently sipped coffee from a cup that was being used as an ashtray. ALMOST. :shocked!:

I don't drink coffee but I love the smell of it. It does't taste as good as it smells when it is brewing.

Dunkin Donuts is very popular in New England... beings that the franchise's headquarters is in Randolph, Massachusetts; thus a lot of New Englander's acquire a taste for Dunkin Donuts coffee. :)
