The key is exercise. So what if you have a soda, as long as you are active it's not going to matter. Then again luck has something to do with it too I guess. I drink sodas, don't exercise, and I'm not fat. :-? :P

They say if you drink 1 to 2 cans of soda a day for a year you can gain up to 5 lbs. at the end of the year..Thats why most all diet programs tell you to cut back on the pop and drink more water.

I think this is an excellent idea. I never had access to soda's when I was in school many many moons ago. I think they should have juice, water and milk as their options.
