This is confusing -- when did the INS become USCIS (U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services)?
They have so darned many offices and contact #'s. And an automated 800 # which I can tell you from experience is a PITA! I'm gonna have to search deeper in the morning to find the FL office address or something national. I'm getting the internet run-around right now. I dealt with it when I went to Laredo and across the border also. They make it hard on the ones who should be able to get here...and easy for those who shouldn't get here at all.
Gimme til lunchtime tomorrow and I'll see what I can find.
