Rapist to marry victim

j, I think the vast majority of boys I knew in high school were statuatory rapists, even if it was only for a few months .... the age of consent in Wisconsin (at least at that time) was 18 to my knowledge. Sixteen makes a lot more sense to me, but IMO if a law like this is going to be practical, law enforcement should be very specific about who it prosecutes against (the 5 year age gap seems like a good common sense rule to me).
