This is a sad loss. Rodney Dangerfield was one of a kind. When the news broke he had gone into a coma last week, he guested on the Monday night sitcom, Still Standing. Here I was watching one of the greatest comedians of his generation and realizing at the same time, his stint had been taped when he was healthy. I really had hoped he would pull thru.

RIP Rodney.
