I am not a tomato fan, aside from ketchup and spaghetti sauce... but I take a vitamin every late afternoon. :)

Linda - ditto on Ruby Tuesday's!!! The chilled plates just add to it, I think. All the extra salads, potato, etc. are really good too. They taste fresh, like they haven't been sitting there for too long.

I'm going to really date myself here, but I remember when it was a really BIG deal for a restaurant to add a salad bar. You know - come on Joe, we're going down the local diner, they have a salad bar now!!! Seemed every restaurant was adding one back then. LOL

I don't like lettuce...besides being mostly water, it really
has no nutritional value...I like a good base of spinach leaves,
toss on some alfalfa sprouts, and, build it from there - top
it with ranch dressing!
