There's a reason Hardees does ZERO business after 11am each day and you just said it. We went to get the regular under-a-dollar hamburgers that you can get at ANY fast food restaurant. The closest thing they had was like a 1/4 burger or something like that... and they are SLOW as freaking CHRISTMAS! There will be NO ONE in line and it still take 10 minutes to get your food.

As far as fast food... my favorite is Sonic followed by Burger King and Wendy's.

Mine- Backyard Burgers! They have for the longest time had the best burgers. When I was younger, all of them closed around here, but there was one in Meridian where my grandmother lived and every time we went up there, we would eat there at least 3 times. Now, Pensacola has a new one and I eat there at least once a week! Favorites- Miz Grazi's burger...1/3 lb. w/ Cheddar & Pepperjack.....Texas Tumbleweed Burger from a while back.......Salsa Baked Potato.....and you can't forget those waffle fries!

I'm not much for burgers anymore, but when I get one, it is always from Backyard Burgers. Being that it is in front of Wal-mart, I sometimes go there for a snack and rest for a bit!

There's a new eatery called "Skinny's" that's proven fairly good; but it ain't no "Steak N' Shake"! :larrow:

Steak N Shakes are very good! Has anyone ever ate at a place called Fat Burger? I think they have them in California. I heard they are great.

Any burger that doesn't come from Burger King or Jack in the Box.

I do miss the burger joint a couple of blocks from my former neighborhood. They made darn good homemade cheeseburgers. Now it's turned into a temp agency.
