When I was in Kuwait in '91. Some of the rations didn't taste like food in any sense of the word. Had an alleged burrito.

While in Japan years ago myself and several other decided to eat some genuine sushi. I ate all kinds of sea creatures that evening. I guess the rice Sakai was a little strong. Anyway, we were allowed to pick a live fish out and the chef prepared it in front of us. The fish was still alive while we ate it!......MGC

Basically, it's a dish made from a fine cut of beef, ground and served raw after being mixed with spices and egg, served on crackers or thin delicatessen bread (like Pepperidge Farm).
