Overall Metro areas, Wisconsin lead the nation with top 10 cities....

Appleton, Oshkosh-Neenah(Menasha), Fond Du Lac, La Crosse, Sheboygan

I like those odds.

I've always considered the United States of America as being North America...and Canada as another country entirely. :)
