It's hard for me to walk so I use one of those electric carts in the store and often have to wait for some one to move their carts or large behinds. Unfortunately, though I try to leave as much room as possible sometimes those electric carts will block narrow aisle so I try to move as fast as I can. No price items or ones that won't scan are a pet peeve and I usually tell the cashier to forget it I don't want the item because I don't want to hold up the line.

Kathy same %^& thing happens to me when im delivering pizzas. I run up to the door, the customer asks "how much was it?" (this is AFTER we quote the price on the phone when they order") Then "oh i have to get my checkbook". Then to add insult to injury after they take their sweet time writing the check.. THEY BALANCE THEIR $#$%^ CHECKBOOK AFTER THEY HAVE KEPT ME WAITING FOR FIVE MINUTES. Thats really the icing on the cake.

George - you'll be happy to know I write down my pizza delivery total, clip the coupon, count the money or write out the check, plus tip and then put it all on a table we have in our foyer. That way when the doorbell rings anyone can just pick up the payment and coupon. It doesn't have to be me who answers the door.

I dealt with the public for 10 years, facing ill and pushy patients in an ENT surgeon's practice. It was not easy.

I think everyone should have to deal with the public one way or another, in person, in food service, on the phone, etc. Then they'd be nicer customers/shoppers.

Restaurant patrons....Don't some parents realize their children should be left at home? Ugh...little rugrats running circles around the table, crying and throwing a temper tantrum when told to sit down...Ugh!

Ditto on airplanes. Screaming in their seat or staring at you from their seat.

Oh, and the kids who think it is a play area in the bathrooms. Same kids going there continuously.

people who are walking VERY SLOWLY (stupid senior citizens :P) in front of you in a store, through an area where you can't pass them (usually because of them standing in the MIDDLE of the aisle).
