:uarrow: Janice, this is correct advice. You're supposed to take your
Ambien JUST as you retire for the night - not attempting to use your
brain to function, i.e. type in chatroom! Try giving it another go and
planning on sleep! :wink:

:uarrow: Thanks Annette! How are you girl?? I use Aprazolam (generic Xanax) as a sleeping aid. It is the only thing that shuts my restless mind down at night. It's great for nausea too. :D
