alas, 1026.6 miles away....

but we may be buying an airplane too. that way we'll be able to fly whenever we want to see her!

I rarely do this but am asking that you keep my daughter in your thoughts and prayers. She went back in the hospital today for severe hemorrhaging. The doctor performed surgery this evening. Her husband the baby are fine and will be looked after by family there. Thanks.

The surgery was successful and she will go home either later today or tomorrow. Thanks ahead of time to all of you.

We close on our house on the 12th of Feb and will have our first house-hunting trip over the long weekend...

Okay! We bought a new house outside Albuquerque in the East Mountains last weekend. Replaced the Lexus with a Subaru Forester today and then the fun begins. The movers come to pack Monday and Tuesday & load the truck Wednesday. I've got a cleaning crew coming on Thursday and we start our drive Friday morning! I dont know how long we'll be offline but we are taking the 'puter with us so we have it before we get moved in. Keep your fingers crossed that we have an uneventful drive!!! thanks ahead of time.

FYI...I've put my application in with the ABQ. PD to work in their Crime Lab, expect to hear something within a month! Dam...wouldn't that be sumptin'?

No, Coors Rd is in the west part of Albuquerque. We'll be living in the east side of the mountains, south of I40 off of 337...
