I cannot speak to guilt or innocence at this point, but...Culkin should not have given any opinions on accusations before the Court, and after his own experiences.

Much time has elapsed since then, and who knows for certain when Jacko may have finally stepped over the line from "Peter Pan" to pedophile?

If they could convict a person for being weird, out of touch with reality, yet believes they have done nothing wrong, three things would happen in this trial....

1) A majority of witnesses would be in prison.
2) Dozens, maybe hundreds, of parents would have had their kids taken away and put in foster homes
3) Michael Jackson would be surrounded by an entourage of prison inmates all wanting a shot at "Thriller."

As I've said in the past, I think that Michael Jackson is one of the weirdest individuals around. His entire life has been a fantasy and a nightmare. Guilty of being Wacko Jacko - yep. Guilty of weird behavior - yep. Guilty of child molestation - nope.

SANTA MARIA, California (CNN) -- Michael Jackson signed "terrible contracts" with British journalist Martin Bashir prior to the filming of an unflattering television documentary, Jackson's former attorney said Thursday.

Additionally, Bashir never followed through on a promise to let the pop star "screen and edit" the final product, testified David LeGrand.

Taking the stand for the defense in Jackson's child molestation trial, LeGrand also testified that after being hired in January 2003 to evaluate the entertainer's "fairly complex" business interests, he quickly became "suspicious" of Jackson associates who, he believed, were trying to take control Jackson's business and financial affairs.

The bets are starting in the net about the decision on what will occur once the jurors decide.

After 4 months of the trial it will end on thursday.

What do you think about what decision the jurors will handle to Jacko?

IMO they will say not guilty in all counts.

Based on what I've heard about the trial, I'd say not guilty. Believable, reasonable doubt was offered and that killed it for the prosecution. I'm surprised that it's over this soon though. Then again, it could be another week before a verdict is reached.

Yes Brent already the trial will end because the defense side has not brought as many witnesses as the prosecution did.I thought the trial would end in 6 months.
