Regit, I don't think anyone said it was illegal. I've seen others disqualified for less, so I just assumed she would be. If there's some criteria they go by, I'm not aware of it. Ebony Jointer, the girl who auditioned on roller skates, and Simon said she could sing the phone book, was disqualified because they found out she played lingerie football for the Chicago Bliss several years ago. Uhhhh... so? This is definitely much worse, so I only assumed.

And they advertise American Idol as a "family show" so I didn't think they'd want someone like her on there. Akron Watson was disqualified this season for a pot possession in 2003. Ashlyn Carr, the girl who got a second chance to audition and then made it to Hollywood, was disqualified because they found out she once poured some sugar in the gas tank of an ex-boyfriend’s car.

I don't think she'll make it very far anyway....she just isn't that great of a singer, but I was basing my thoughts that she'd be disqualified on previous events.

With the additional "evidence" she is a goner. Randy did not know anything about the photos when he made his comment except what he was told while being interviewed on the radio. That is what I was basing my intial thoughts on. I believe that they brought back someone that had not been eliminated by vote before, but I am too lazy to research all of it.

Yeah, but having a child out of wedlock and stuff pictures on the internet for all the world to see is totally different. Believe me Linda...if you saw these, you would be totally disgusted! It's not just those either, she posed sexually in front of the World War II Memorial in Washington D.C. The pictures show her removing her panties and in a wet t-shirt with part of her boob hanging out, sitting on top of the structure honoring America's World War II heroes. She even gets into the fountain. A lot of people are more disgusted by those than even the bj ones. American Idol?

MusicCityMan... I agree. It wasn't very good and if she isn't disqualified, I am certain she'll be gone on Thursday. There's no doubt in my mind that the producers will get rid of her one way or the other. The story has been on all the major networks as well now since the AP picked it up.

Linda and kelly, I happen to agree with both of u.. She needs to GO. American Idol's ratings will not suffer if they boot a "stuff star" {excuse me if that crosses the line} off the competition. If n e thing.. it may help the ratings to send her packing..

She isn't the greatest singer.. Her looks r what would keep her in if she isn't DQ'd and the rest of the country is living in a cave and would keep her in..

I'll admit.. I peaked at the pictures.. Those r just flat out pornographic scum. Not pornographic art {if there is such a thing}..

Respectfully, I disagree with the harshness directed toward her. Yeah, I think she should be let go because her actions does not promote the image of "American Idol," but does she deserve all this attitude toward her? Jeez... she's a kid who made some dumb mistakes. What kid hasn't made some dumb mistakes? The only pictures that should really be frowned upon are the see-through images taken in public--but that really isn't illegal. (You'll probably find worse images in the magazine rack at Wal-mart). As for the pornographic images... those are private photos. She didn't make them public--they were release without her consent.

Now, I don't agree with her actions personally nor do I promote what she did, but this harshness, in my opinion, is uncalled for. Frenchie Davis, who did consensual published pornography, didn't get this much hatred. She was respectfully let go and everyone pressed forward. They should do the same with Antonella.

With that said, how many more times does photos need to be leaked out of a public person before people get the clue--don't trust ANYONE with compromising photos! Even if you're not a public figure... it doesn't matter!!

As I said, I do feel like she should be gone. What she did, whether private or not, doesn't allow her to "fit" into the title of American Idol. This also goes for Miss Nevada, who lost her crown after less-revealing photos were leaked.

I'm just saying that I feel she doesn't deserve this harshness... doesn't deserve the rude things that are being said about her.

As for the War Memorial... yes, it was very inappropriate, but I really doubt she was thinking, "Ohh... let's take photos in front of that War Memorial and disgrace it!" Most likely it was a case of, "Ohh... let's take pictures in the fountain."

Linda, that's why I said she SHOULD leave American Idol. I completely agree with y'all on that. It's a family show. What I DON'T agree with is all the harsh remarks about her.

As for her intentions... how do YOU know what her intentions were? Instead of quickly judging her as some Playboy-crazed stuff star, we should get to know her and the story better.

That's my whole point here. Everyone is tossing out these harsh words and nobody knows the story. She could be just a misguide teen who was victimized by her friends or whoever. But instead, people quickly call her horrible, nasty things.

Just a quick question guys.. Do u believe she'd be getting this much hype or publicity if she was on a different show? {IE survivor or if she was like an actress on Desperate Housewives or ER, or Greys' Anatomy or any of these other shows}..

I don't know if senor is talking about me or if he's read any AI forums where a lot of people are really getting nasty about her, but I don't think I've said anything I shouldn't have. What she does in her private life is none of my business. When she's on a show such as this, where kids watch and look up to these people (perhaps they shouldn't, but AI advertises itself as a family show and it IS called American IDOL), and her private life becomes public and we all see her lewd behavior, it kinda becomes all our business then. We didn't ask to know all this, but we do now. I just think she needs to go!

And senor, I'm not a male in my 20's I see her as quite trashy.

What she should do, is bow out. JMO. I can't imagine her having to get up there and try to sing in front of millions of people after she knows this is all out there. AI will get rid of her, either by DQ'ing her or trying to keep it somewhat hush hush for the average viewer who doesn't know about it, by making sure she gets voted off. It's not like she's really good enough to win it all anyway.
