I wish I could believe that what your really concerned about is an innocent man not being convicted.. I tend to think you are more motivated by the fact that you want to be right about the parents so badly that you dont want even a hint of someone else being responsable

P.S. When they say NO charges I hope that is not correct..
They better at the very least charge him with something for all the lying..

Rainstorm would you not agree with that?

To get out of having to go to a Thai prison... Not one of the more enjoyable prison systems, and I don't thank Thailand can extradite him.

He has rights you know. *sarcasm*

I knew he didn't do it, I cannot believe that so many people, here and elsewhere, jumped the gun and said he was guilty without a shred of evidence other than his own mouth. I am with jason 0509, I also believe the Ramseys killed her.

Tstorm - we were being told that he gave "evidence regarding the body that was not made public". So yes, it made us wonder.

to me, everything points to patsy ramsey killing her daughter and her husband covering it up.

thank god for dna. this man would have railroaded except for that. there was nothing presented as evidence by this DA except this lunatics ridiculous confession that was obviously faked. what was this da thinking? why didnt she gather evidence before this dog and pony show?

charge him for lying?? very few people get prosecuted for phony confessions, especially ones who are clearly mentally unstable. i would agree with that if the DA was also charged with criminal mis-conduct.

now, i do think if karr faces charges in other jurisdictions, he should face those charges.

one other point, if anyone can be proven to be the killer beyond a reasonable doubt then thats fine with me

what really bothers me is this DA has known about mr karr for years. why didnt she find out if he was in boulder co in dec of 1996? he didnt just get there by magic carpet. i think she should face charges. mark furman just put it great. this smacks of a da that was trying to make a suspect fit the charges than the reverse.

Did he ever make an actual confession to Boulder or US authorities? The only one I've heard about is the made for TV special, which a good defense would have ripped to shreads in a US court of law.

I say find something to nail the freak with.

i dont think he confessed to boulder autorities. mark furman made another great point. when he was arrested he admitted his dna wasnt going to match, which says he knew his confession was going to be blown out of the water

dr cyril weckt brings up another good point. he says the dna was not from any bodily fluid and is likely a contaminate, not associated with any killer. he still feels the family is likely guilty
