We headed straight for the Friendly Greek Restaurant after church for fresh blueberry pancakes for me and a mozarella-spinach omelette for my husband.

Jimmy Deans Ham Breakfast Skillet for brunch. I saw this at the grocery store the other day and decided to try it. It's delicious. Easy easy easy! Just heat up the prepackaged ham, onion, diced potatoes and peppers then scramble some eggs and toss them together.
