In the interest of Social Reform, I proposed combining the Department of Transportation, Bureau of Prisons, and the Department of Education. If you're convicted of a crime, you'll pay your time, get 3 months of job training in a field that will benefit the country, if you don't perform we'll ship your arse to Afganistan. Nuff said! :-)
