The following was part of a New Yark Daily News article that ran this morning:

"Throughout the trial, Raymone K. Bain has acted as Jackson's spokeswoman. On Friday, Bain denied a statement posted on a Jackson Web site that she had lost her job.

The statement, attributed to MJJ Productions, said Bain and her firm were terminated. "We thank you for your services," the statement said.

Bain told The Associated Press she works directly for Jackson and only he - not MJJ Productions - can fire her.

"I have not been fired by Michael Jackson," she said."

From what I gather the MJJ Productions site is owned by MJ's brother Randy. Thanks for the heads up on the "read back". We missed that.

It has been 28 hours that the jurors haved been deliberating for almost 2 weeks.Tommorow they resume deliberations.Hopefully they can have a veredict this week.

its taking forever because there are many counts, many of which are not even related to sexual assault (such as providing alcohol to minors, maybe witness intimidation, though I am not sure regarding this one).

They have to deliberate on each and every count. They may very well be out for a LONG time

With the request of the accusers testimony, look for a verdict either late Monday or sometime Tuesday.

Still leaning for a guilty verdict on the most serious count, though I doubt there will be one on the conspiracy.

Something going on... lawyers are meeting inside the courthouse right now. Rumored to be something involving the jury(verdict or something to that effect), nothing confirmed yet, but Court TV's having a field day.

Brent,

The statement was that the jury asked for 2 readbacks. What's interesting is they asked a question this morning and then withdrew it. That tells me that there is some major dissent in the jury room.
