He is in a Medically induced coma. They bring him out every four hours. The part of the brain that was damaged was the speech and personality section. The extent of the damage is unknown. Tony and I talked to him when we were there and he moved his hand every time. From what I could ascertain is that the prognosis is good and he has passed the critical stage but they cautioned that with a brain injury anything can happen. He will be in ICU for two weeks to a month depending on progress. After that therapy. After what has happened, The news is better than I thought it would be.... Praise God. Mary and his family thank you all for your Prayers. Please keep them up. God Bless you all.

I'm glad to hear good news about Mario, may he keep getting stronger and better. Give Mary a hug from all of us and tell her we're still here for her and Mario.

Glad to hear the good news and still praying for them. They will need all of the prayers they can get because even with the great news there is still a long road to follow toward recovery.

He opened his eyes and the doctor asked him to hold up two fingers and he held up his hand!!! Close is good enough for me..... He is responding to commands. Lets hope that the brain damage is minimal. Praise GOD!!!!!!
