Sigh

As a card carrying member of the American Atheist and the FFRF, I can say with confidence there are many many more atheists in this country than people seem willing to acknowledge.

I am an active member of a Freethinker group out of Orlando and we have close to 200 members with an average of 75 attending regular monthly get-togethers and discussion groups. Almost all of us personally know many people who agree with our point of view but are afraid to publicly acknowledge it for fear of social reprercussions. I have yet to fully understand or even begin to comprehend why we are hated and feared so much!?!

Windswept...you could have saved yourself those 3 minutes it took to find that, however long it took to copy/paste it and however long it takes everyone else to read your post if you had just read the whole thread before replying.
