See the toolbar above? With the "B" "i" "u" "code" "list" "list=" "[*]" "img" "url"? Click on the "img" it will insert "[img][/img]" Into the text box. Then go to the desired image. Right click on the image and select properties. A box will pop up. Look next to "Address (URL)" for example "http://i177.photobucket.com/albums/w237/__Category5__/5785897578959579.gif?t=1192068720"

Highlight it, right click and copy it. Then paste it between the two "[img]" boxes. then you're done. Post it.
